Jim, They are actually much better than in the past, especially if you trade actively.. They give level 2 etc and cheapie trades if you are active. I dont know if there is any online broker that is great, if I was trading like a freak I would probably sign up with one of those direct ecn places that give you a pipeline right into the market.. I also like their option chain and news coverage, and $ for $ they do a good job. One fine day I would like to be trading futures or selling options outright, but for now I am trying very hard to use full cash, no margin and keep things tight. So did they charge you an arm and a leg for your ESOP trades? Just curious since I know they do that apart from their discount side..
