Oh!

When everyone was publishing the information about their respective 0.18 micron processes a couple of years ago, the stated gate lengths were on the order of 100-110nm. Intel has released information regarding their 0.13 micron process at the end of last year indicating 70nm gate lengths. I'll have to dig it up, but I read an article indicating that AMD has moved to ~70nm gates with the 0.18 micron back-end for their faster K7-cored processors.

I'm really surprised you didn't know the gate lengths off of the top of your head, as they've been in the public domain for quite some time.
