I can't remember any more...I have had a day you wouldn't believe! It started out with a call to MCI to tell then that my cell phone wouldn't keep a charge, and they gave me the number of the people who made the phone..

Anyhow, I sat on the phone on hold between the two of them for 20 minutes, and the girls told me to package the phone up very well and mail it back to them UPS, or Air Express, and to make sure to put the tracking number on it that she gave me...Like the customer is the problem...

I asked the MCI person why I couldn't take the phone back to any MCI sales office, and she said, because I hadn't bought it at that store...Like Ford would make you take your car back to where you bought it..

Anyhow, that was the first one of the day!
