Lifeisgood do me a favor. I need your opinion on something. Follow the link to this chart and give me your opinion on the date in which it became a bad time to buy. Taking into consideration how bullish people were, how complacent they were, and the pe ratios of individual stocks.

between Oct 11th and March 12th when were these levels getting to high?
