Ice - I first had to get to the Washington Post site before the search url would work.

KE has long stated that IOM's business plan is to establish a balance of sales between North America, Europe, and Asia - rest of world. As far as I am aware, they are still pursuing this goal. At some point in the future, China will have to enter into the equation.
