Neo, the military or the clergy are seen as the only excape frpom poverty by an arab. the Israeli has more options and better education to choose among them. the arabs will never be able to field a good army until they have an educational that will make them capable of maintaining such equipment as well as men to operate it by reading the manuals. Arabs simply have to few educated people to make a modern army. A rabble with guns is trivial for a modern army to defeat. Saddam knew this, and that is why he persists with weps of mass destruction. This project persists, based in Afghanistan, and tries to get suitcase nukes to plant here and there. trouble it the triggers of all the old russ suitcase nukes have decayed to the point where they wuill not work and the russ as well as the US keep close watch on all their tritium and americium which goes into them. Older nukes that weigh more are being looked for and stolen, nut critical parts have been pulled and centralized by the russ. They do not want loose nukes on their border either. Bill
