Bush hasn't changed except in your mind. That statement may have been said 4 months ago, or it may have been said yesterday. Bush has always been about building coalitions. In only 4 months he has amazingly been able to build a coalition in order to pass the largest tax cut in 20 years. While simultaneously building a coalition on improving our education system. His energy policy was a balanced sensible approach which was driven by an understanding of all the nations stakeholder needs. Such will no doubt be the case regarding worldwide environmental efforts. Practically the only ones who've disliked Bush's policy initiatives, have been the radical left wing environmental zealots who's main purpose is political carnage, and not a caring for our environment.
