Since the funds that were allegedly generated by sales of S-8 stock were put right back into the company, it would seem that the SEC doesn't have a whole lot to whine about - other than procedures.
Thanks to the "..Great Greenspandex "..blew it - but won't admit it.." Money Shuffle & Interest Follies..", a lot of small development companies are probably tiptoeing along the edge to keep things moving forward - since the Monetarist Money Meddlers wiped out their normal sources of funding.
