Precious quickly calculated that they had exactly sixteen minutes and twenty-two seconds to get back to HQ before the Roach Coach would drive away with their chilled and somewhat soggy ham salad and egg salad sandwiches wrapped in cellophane and carefully labeled with a future date to ward off fears of food poisoning ("Sixteen minutes, seven seconds now" thought Precious).

Bugs thought briefly of hailing a cab, but felt that it would be too embarrassing for a superhero to be traveling in an ordinary cab, so he leaned out the window instead and flagged down a passing...
