"Here's info I've found on the net. 

 Global Alpha Corp is a child company of Global Acquisition Corporation;
 Abdulaziz Bin Fahad Bin Abdull is the owner of Global Acquisition Corp.
 The company was setup by a well known law firm in the British Virgin
 Islands, Harney Westwood & Riegels. It appears the company was setup
 purely as an investment vehicle for Bin Abdull (guessing), and his intent
 was to obtain the right to purchase a controlling interest in the company
 (not guessing - see link secinfo.com

 Here's the only link I found referencing Abdullah:

 East distributors, you'll see a company named FAMA Trading Co, Ltd. listed
 which has same exact Riyadh P.O. Box address as the one given as
 Adbullah's biz address. 

 A couple of interesting points (to me, anyways). 1. Adbdullah entered into
 an agreement to acquire the right to 60% of the company at a cost of 3.2
 mil, while the company's entire valuation is currently only 2.3 mil. 

2. The agent that put the deal together for him, Harney Westwood & Riegels, is
 also the agent for a Mountain View company, openTV (www.opentv.com) -
 don't know that this means anything at all, just found the coincidence
 interesting.
