What listing requirement hasn't yet been met.

If it's trading over a $, first they have to close below $1 for 30 consecutive days which is still more than 3 weeks away. Thereafter the delisting process can take another 90 days. If the NASDAQ listing is important to TSIX, a reverse split is possible.
