Over & over again, I'm seeing analyst upgrades and small gains while sellers unload. Even stocks with great TA fundamentals are falling short of typical targets. I get the distinct impression funds are unloading, knowing well that there's no upside to earnings and the last remaining upside is the final FOMC cut. Thus, I expect most rallies to be slight 'tween now & FOMC. Soon, the hibernation ends as blueberry season draws the bears...
