I am surprised and pleased to find you looking seriously at the Waco situation. There has been a mainly successful campaign by the government to tar everybody who worries about what happened at Waco as a right wing milita extremist. (A perfect description of you?!) The initial incursion by federal agents was unlawful, and under Texas law a homeowner has an absolute right to defend his or her property by force against unlawful incursions. It is one of the few remaining remnants of a society which once believed in personal freedom. It is heartening to see someone of your views expressing concerns about what happened at Waco, and believing, I hope, that there is a warning there to the American people that has not yet been fully absorbed.
