jl - what do you think of this SF liberal spin on the tax rebate? The televised story (you can play it with the link below) talks of these poor people that do not get a rebate "promised by Bush", but FAILS to mention these same people paid NO FEDERAL INCOME TAX. In other words, the main news organization in the Bay Area does not understand the difference between a gift and a rebate. It's either that, or I suspect something more sinsister. Looks like an editorial bashing Bush for the demo rebate plan.
