"This chip will put Motorola on par with the performance of Intel's StrongARM processor" What is Intel's SA MHz speed? The article implies only 200MHz. I thought it was a magnitude faster?

Intel's SA1110 runs at 206 MHz if I remember correctly but it should be noted that this design is on the DEC .25u process I believe, and is now a quite mature product. XScale is a different animal which promises much higher performance. Moto is trying to catch up with where Intel has already been for a long time, but Intel is a rapidly moving target and won't be there anymore. Moto won't even be sampling until Q4.
