Nigel,

I think people are scared of the patent dispute with Morphosys. CAT added some fuel to the fire recently by doing a deal with a company formed by ex-Morphosys employees. Incidentally, MOR has a market cap of only around $200m.

I haven't followed CAT closely enough to be able to compare its prospects to the MEDX/ABGX/PDLI triad.
