We know the decision can be at any time. There is still speculation that it happens this week...because of the timing of that release about the procedure that the court will follow when issuing a ruling. The procedure talks probably started as they got close to the release of the ruling...and that could explain that notice they issued on Monday. We won't know for sure until it happens. We can speculate in the meantime.
