| VRTS..DIGL, VRSN, CIEN CMVT, close to the low of the day.. 65 looks good for today, No longs, not the least bit interested, downside is too pronounced, don't chase an illusive scalp, we called NO LONGS in technology large caps, only a WATCH ON QLGC, and KLAC, which turned into MORE SHORTING and continued weakness. As long as they power down, i'd hold short, make no plans on overnight, there is no need with 5 point days (remember QLGC DIGL yesterday as well) we don't need to chance a gap up or down. However, the earnings warning season will run until end of next week, and it might pick up or weaken further. I would definitely not be long ANY techs overnight either. CHKP and VRTS will hold puts and cover the short before the close. |
