"Killing innocent people is never justified. NEVER."

I take the position that it is never justified to "target" innocent people. Many an innocent person has been killed by another through accidents. Innocent persons may also be killed by getting or being in the line of fire when a just person is mounting a defense against a tyrant. I don't think it is justified to target them with intent or even as "acceptable losses" to meet a political objective (as in the case of Iraqi villagers).
