ed52260 is Ed Fishbaine, editor of Technical Research Reports Inc,,
presently I am and have been a paid consultant to OT Mining Corporation
for the past 19 months Payment is in the form of restricted shares.
I hold 40,700 free trading shares, purchased over several years,
in the market place, at prices both below and above the current price
in my name, my corporate name and my wife's name. I have sold
no shares during the past 3 years.
