Aside from a few dishes, I keep the carb count low. Yesterday was classic with the salmon and steak, served with a mix of vege's. The lobster has less cholesterol than chicken. Earlier I was referring to buying HON. It has support @40 all the way back to 1998 and a bidder in the wings. I just thought $41.70 was worth the risk. I don't like to do that too often but sometimes it's worth the risk. If the deal is signed, then I probably gap 4 points +. If not, I maybe lose $1. Worth the risk. BTW, HON was the stock I was trying to buy this morning @42.75 but it gapped out of the "no risk" level so I cancelled the order. Sabre!
