OK, looking at market backdrop & the chart, let me be more precise: I might nibble at 4 1/2. Say 1/4 position. Another 1/4 at 3 1/2 - 3 3/4. Load up @$3 and under. Other things being equal. It is not clear to me how their products stack up against the competition. And Williams just sold a chunk: insidertrader.com So I'm definitely wary of chasing it upwards; hence the above recipe for bottom fish chowder. Enjoy. Cheers, Tuck
