Looks like you made the right decision. Seems once again the underwriter raised the price higher than warranted. CSFB usually does better than this, may lose their rep as the number one underwriter if they keep this up.

I wasn't aware that CSFB had any stated penalty for flipping. Did they tell you that you would be locked out of IPOs if you flipped within the first 30 days?
