Are you holding the stock long? If so, what is your cost average? I am currently writing naked puts and trying to figure out which is better covered calls or naked puts.

Covered calls are great if you have a low cost average on the stock. Ex: What if you buy ABC stock @ 60 and write the 65's for x and generate 4x. The stock decreases to 40, the cost average now of ABC is 56, where do you write the calls?

Thanks
