I think streaming will be revolutionary and evolutionary too, Charlie. The key will be the concepts of "On Demand" and the interactivity Mike mentions. As an aside, I know a woman who teaches a streamed postgraduate course right now....with time set aside after the lecture for instant message questions from the students. Fee basis in this case, of course.
