i'm bullish on real estate too, bill. only i like my real estate to have ore in the ground beneath it! buying a gold stock like nem or hm gives me a nice piece of real-estate. go ask the japanese or folks in hong kong how their real-estate is doing! i hope your real estate is really well located for your sake.
