To All, If there are threadsters or lurkers from non Nutmeg states who would like me to call them while I am in Hartford, July 20-27 is when we play telephone. Please PM me before the end of June with the time of day (work hours or early evening is probably as close as I can get) you would like to be called and your phone number. I need them in advance so I can vet them with the High Sheriffs of phone protocol before I dial. Hartford calls are for fun. If you hear from me later when I'm back in Houston, those will be super manipulative business calls, so be afraid, be very afraid. <g>
BTW, if you do give me a number, that is not me who calls your teenaged daughter and does the heavy breathing bit with the Arte Johnson impersonation, heh-heh-heh. That's some other guy who keeps using my phone so he can get me in trouble. The same guy who keeps driving my car through red lights and getting pictures taken of my license plate. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. <g>
BTW, only PM me if you'd really like a call. You won't hurt my feelings if you'd prefer to keep this an internet only relationship. Also, it is unlikely that I will have access to the net during the trip, or, if I do, that I will have access regularly. So, it won't bother me if you post to me during that period, but don't think I ignored you if I don't answer until early August. |
