You wanted to know how I met the principals of the company. I had an advertising agency that specialized in preparation of business to business sales and marketing promotions. My agency was interviewed by principals of Future Medical Products Inc. (became Vasomedical a few years years later) a number of years ago. We never did any work for them but I was impressed with the EECP product and I bought stock and have stayed in touch with my contacts from FMPI.

I am aware of "real world" attitudes and moralities when it comes to confidentiality as opposed to making money but again, that is what I was told and I still choose to believe it. Time will tell if I am a good judge of character or just naive. It is just possible that the stock isn't higher because the results ARE being kept confidential.

I don't blame you for being cynical and skeptical. The stock has not lived up to its promise but I believe what I believe. Although you say that it sounds like I have inside information, I don't. I asked if anything is going to be announced in the near future and I was told that I could expect something positive in the next month or two. Am I being snowed? I don't think so but who knows? Nothing tangible was said as to the nature of the announcement...just that there may be one.

Lets see what he future holds.
