cheif..., Question on market psychology. There was an nasty 15min plunge in the DJ/ES01U wed 13th about 2:40..., it sure looked ugly and scary in strong 3min bursts. Is the following a valid observation...? Public players bought nicely at 11:00 tuesday 12th after a Feb governor spoke. The boys let it go up and then broke it down on the 13th to clean house. Could that 3min/15min downward burst be viewed as a Set-up to shake out weak hands....! Take it down to pick up the small players close stops..., who bought in after the 11:00 Fed manager spoke....! The boys went down exactly to that original burst area. Now they can take it up...! Many Time Projections all clustered between 11th and 18th. Everything in place for a rise.
