1."Is someone taking advantage of inside information to profit from the share dilution"
2."Is this a wise way to raise funds"
We seem to be getting personal, nevertheless some good discussion.

Re #1 If someone is, it is on a pretty small scale, lets face it AY.uN is selling 2million+ units, volume was up at most 10K shares per day, so I would say maybe someone's aunt or friend.
