Beginning Friday, June 15, Intraday Investments in collaboration with Terra Nova-MB (http://www.terranova-mb.com, 888-790-4800) will begin offering live RealTick support in our trading center to Terra Nova-MB customers every day from 9 am - 4 pm EDT (6 am - 1 pm PDT). Every day, one of two Terra Nova-MB expert customer/technical support representatives will be present in our Online Trading Center (moderator status) to assist our customers who also happen to be Terra Nova-MB customers with all of your RealTick technical support questions. Our trader-members will be able to receive immediate tech support for any/all or your most vexing Real-Tick questions or problems, however difficult or challenging, without even having to leave our Online Trading Center.
As you know, RealTick III is a very large and sophisticated software package, and the learning curve can run into the years--even for those of us who are computer oriented and have read the manual several times :-) It has been our experience being MB Trading customers for years that they offer the highest quality, most professional, and most responsive RealTick support available anywhere, bar none. So, it is a great pleasure to bring this capability directly to our customers.
Our experience as long-term Terra Nova-MB brokerage customers has been an extremely positive one, and we have the highest regard for their services. Therefore, we frequently recommend their services to our customers. However, the three of us would like to make it clear that we do this only for the benefit of our customers, because we have no financial relationship with MBT and we do not stand to benefit from you taking your trading business there.
