Do you recall that Bank of America strategist that changed his asset allocation from about 55% stock to 70% in late March?
He switched it back to 55% after the market settled around 2200. That was a fast move.

With interest rates still expected to go down more, one would think he is waiting to change his allocation model again. Investors like to follow the latest market guru.
There could be lots of others that are thinking the same thing.

No matter what I stated earlier, I still expect that one big rally into July earnings before things get boring again. It is just a case of assigning a slightly lower probability to it now and taking less risk.
