I have been where you seem to be but have recently decided that there are basically two categories of stocks; there are those thoroughly hyped, and those which are not. The hyped ones move often and greatly, the other on fundamentals and sparingly. The first kind is to be closely watched and traded, the other is a buy and hold until it eventually gets where you believe it has reached its potential. I may be completely wrong in this empirical observation but at least I feel better with this perspective. Hang In There!
