You hear that in every semiconductor down cycle. This one started just about a year ago, ~July, 2000, when sales growth was posting over 50% YOY growth.

Now you are welcome to allege that a pattern that has repeated itself over and over again, the semiconductor cycle, has suddenly ended forever. But a logical person would assume that the repetitive pattern is still in place, until proven otherwise.

The folks that were saying, 11 months ago, that the 50% YOY growth would go on forever were just as wrong as you appear to be. It's OK, you have a lot of company both at the top and the bottom of the cycle.
