NR Commentary:

1)Financing for 4.8 million at .80 flow through with half warrant attached.2 half warrnts entitle conversion at 1.15 prior to Jan 31, 2002.(Note--financing above market close at .74......is this a no brainer or what.

2)Press coverage by Willis said test rig to be on site by June 11,2001 so is it there or is the date of June 23rd more accurate??? The Market will tell us.It always does.

3)If ONG has what they were looking for in this first well, will they announce a second traunch of drilling right away or will they just wait????

4)Insiders have not sold any of the .63 paper yet so maybe there is something wonderful here.Let's hope.It would be good for PEI and the maritimes in general and it can't hurt the YRY.V(Rally Energy) next door to where the well is being drilled.
