Stake Technology Ltd. based in Norval Ontario. Trades as STKL on the Nasdaq (U$ 2.17). I'm projecting a forward P/E of 11 or 12. Annual meeting is today, 4PM at the King Edward in Toronto. It wouldn't surprise me to see an NR after the close regarding a project in China. This "ethical" company has 3 businesses: Sunrich - grains and grain products, primarily organic non-GM soy foods. Produces 55% of the soy milk concentrate in the USA. BEI Pecal - industrial minerals (abrasives) and recycling. Is providing abrasives for the "sand" blasting of New York City bridges and the Holland tunnel. Steam explosion technology.
