If it does, none of the gang has made a statement (to my knowledge) that NVID has any ownership to the so-called provisional patent. Who knows, Maybe Arata and Klenovic own it and are right now negotiating with another company to manufacture and market it while we're still talking about it. If NVID doesn't own the 'bug spray' and if they can't sell the ionization equipment and the company is still managed by people who were in with Klenovic and Bunte, what's left? Eric
