The main question here is the control of the pipe-line! With or without Hyder Alieve, baku is under Russian COntrol! So there is no question there.
The pip-line from Baku will go to Derbent, enters Russian proper in Daghistan, to Grozney, and crosses Northren Georgia into Russian ports in Black Sea!(Kara Deniz!)
( Russians have already helped the Ossets to declare their autonomy from Gerogians, and are in full control of the Pipe Line form Baku to the Balck Sea! The question solved!
How will Russia will cope with Chechens? They don't have to put an end to it, they will live with it They may even build a new tomb to Imam Shamil to keep the locals happy !ggg WHo knows!
