Yep. Presidents have vetoed wholesome and necessary laws, and Congress has refused to pass other wholesome and necessary laws. You want to even try to deny that?

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance,

Supreme Court, which is part of the federal government and therefore part of the He of federal government, just forbid California to pass a law allowing medical marijuana.

I don't have time to go on. But I easily could. So could you if you wanted to.
