Nas biggest problem right now is the DOW. The Dow is overbought and the techs don't have enough power on their own to move higher. Back when the bull was alive and kicking it was the Naz that lead the way. IMO this will change and the Naz will once again start to control the fates of the markets. I have been saying for some time that the divergence between the two has been to great. When we start to see the Naz up big on a Dow down day we will know that this cycle has begun.
