Yep.Kenneth Lay is Bush's long time friend and largest campaign contributor. I have heard said that nothing happens in energy without Lay's approval. Even the FERC head had to be interviewed by Lay before Bush appointed him. Lay writes Bush's energy policy......Bush just signs it. I received my T-shirt from the DNC with the picture of the White House with oil derricks on the lawn. I'm getting quite a reaction to it here in CA. Bush isn't a popular guy in this state. Pat
