Joe Sixer, Yes indeed, this could be a buying opp, OH what a blessed event in the midst of a gold bull, ggg. OTOH, I need to do the DD more thoroughly on the dilution, which is obviously a concern for some. Interested in opinions here, if anyone has any... TIA Roebear
