I don't think Gibson is saying that. I think he is saying that it will enable a significant escalation of the conflict. Maybe he is pressing the panic button as a result of his recent experience being subjected to DoS attacks, but I still think that those of us who use Microsoft products are entitled to a better answer than what they have given him.
