Baxter is also in Phase III trials in the US and has already filed an application in Europe. That puts them ahead of NFLD on both fronts. They also have name recognition unlimited internal funding and marketing experience on their side. As for the chart, over the last year and a half it is in a downward trend indicated by lower highs and lower lows. This would be a buying opportunity if it has bottomed out and the trend changes to higher highs and higher lows as the price fluctuates. But who is to say if the trend will continue or reverse, or the pattern will change all together.
