I dont understand - what kind of "genetic variation" are you referring to that would imply a need for a high-fat/low carb diet? I may agree that if one was obese, one may want to lower the fat grams even further but I assume that's not what you're talking about

While a contrarian attitude may work well for stocks, I wouldn't suggest it for dietary habits (as i shove a donut in my mouth)
