AREM: More detail biz.yahoo.com
I liked the Globalsoft deal strategically, but was a bit concerned that AREM was stretching itself too thin trying to integrate recent US acquistions while also dealing with the short issues and the GLC integration. The buyback has squeeze potential and, given the incredibly depressed level of the shares, would probably be the best use of capital.
Globalsoft will still be there when AREM shares are trading at levels that make them better acquisition currency.
