As far as I know, the no-power state of the SPD product is dark...no light transmission. What is the plan for REFR or their licensees for residential or office building glass in the case of power outages? Do their installations include a small long-life power cell to provide power, similar to that used in watches? If no provision is made for outages, what is the impact on homeowners or commercial buildings in such an event? tia.
