Wrong........the bill passed had enough power reserves figured until 2005. We are now constructing plants in many locations. The power plants were sold off to out of state companies who have mysteriously stopped the power supply and claimed it's due to plant renovations. Strange that some of these plants need renovations constantly and don't come back online as was promised. The charges will be found true or false depending on what various investigations find. ALl the rhetoric in the world is useless and baseless. Let the lawsuit investigate and discover what happened. The facts will be proven true or false in court.
