MM,

Do you know of any network tutorials that explain how to connect a Win 2000 (FAT 32) machine and a Win 98 machine on with an ethernet hub? I tried to network these two machines using only TCP/IP and I couldn't get it to work. Then I installed Netbui (in addition to TCP/IP) and it now works, although I cannot access the Win 2000 machine FROM the Win 98 machine. The Win98 machine asks for a password, and even if I type in my Win2000 password it does not work. Also, the network is very slow when I try to access files on Win98 FROM Win2000, and when I try to print documents on Win2000(The printer is hooked up to the Win 98 machine).

TIA,

Alex
