IDT Corp (IDT) 13.00 -0.10: After the close, reports Q3 loss of $0.28 a share; revenues rose 27.6% to $335.72 mln from a year-ago of $263.11 mln.






Level 3 Comms (LVLT) 7.96 -0.49: Kaufman Brothers reported that data checks confirm LVLT is pursuing a reduction in its workforce of about 10% and a delay and/or cancellation of a major portion of its planned collocation build-out. Firm feels these moves could bolster company's liquidity situation and address visibility concerns.






Metro One (MTON) 54.40 -0.16: Provider of Enhanced Directory Assistance telecom services expects results for Q2 and the calendar year to be better than previously anticipated. Sees Q2 net of $0.38-$0.41 (consensus $0.30) and full yr net of $1.33-$1.40 (consensus $1.25).






Williams Comms (WCG) 3.00 -0.37: Company comments on outlook at shareholder meeting. Says demand is growing nearly three-fold annually; feels that its strong balance sheet will allow WCG to weather the telecom storm and emerge as leader; expects funding to carry company into 2003, when WCG expects to be cash-flow positive.
